A family orientated club

Welcoming new members

Welcome to Grayshott Cricket Club, situated in East Hampshire on the Hampshire/Surrey Border.

The club has around 500 members, the majority of them younger members and being an open to all club, we attract cricketers from all the surrounding areas, including Beacon Hill, Bordon, Hindhead, Haslemere, Headley, Liphook and Whitehill.

The club offers cricket for men, women, boys, girls and in 2023 the club also introduced Super 1s cricket.

With the growth in numbers in recent years the club acquired a second ground at Broxhead Common, Lindford.

Both of our grounds have excellent facilities.

Developing young cricketers

Encouraging Dads to play

The club has a good reputation for promoting young cricketers, part of the club’s ethos being to develop young boys so they can play adult cricket in a safe environment. Testament to this is that many of our current adult teams are made up of players either former or current junior members at the club.

In 2024 the club will have nearly 280 boys and girls as junior members. In addition to this number the club will have over 100 5 to 11 year olds attending its popular All Stars Centre/Dynamos Centre

Great facilities

Don't forget the infamous Grayshott tea

Recent developments

Girls & Womens Softball

In 2019 the club relaunched its Girls section which has proved very popular. In 2023 the girls group had 58 girls with many of the girls playing some competitive games in  local leagues. In 2024 these numbers will grow and the club is planning to enter teams into four leagues including two hardball teams.

In 2020 the club launched women’s softball cricket with the emphasis on fun and participation. It has proved very popular and the club now runs two teams.

No equipment is required and in 2024 the club will again be running two softball teams to provide more opportunities to play games against other local sides on a Sunday afternoon.
