Congratulations to Stuart Kennedy – ECB Advanced Coach

Many congratulations to Club Coach Stuart Kennedy who after nearly two years of work has achieved the status of ECB Advanced Coach. A great personal achievement for Stu and is reflective of the hard work he has put in to achieve this.

Stuart’s assessor commented.

“Stuart is a player-centred coach and understands that he needs to adapt his practice to be as effective a coach as he can be for the betterment of the player.Throughout the written evidence and professional discussion Stuart provided an in-depth honest reflection and showed a commitment to improving. Some strong attributes of a reflective practitioner as well, well done.

Stuart has a good knowledge of the game, a good understanding of the coaching process, and some of the attributes you would expect of a more effective coach.
